  • SCOPE OF WORK:

    Marra Projects joined this two-storey, 16-unit residential development during the construction phase to help stabilise delivery and keep the project moving. Working under TAFE NSW as Principal Contractor, our scope has included bulk earthworks, concrete works, carpentry and internal fit-out, external cladding, and general site coordination, plus preparation for OSD tank installation and coordination of subcontractors and trades.

    This project shows what Marra Projects does best: stepping into an active site, coordinating multiple trades, and keeping a multi-residential development on track for safety, quality and program.

  • SCOPE OF WORK:

    • Commercial structural concrete works

    • $2.1M contract value

    Supporting David Payne Building & Consulting, Marra Projects delivered formwork, reinforcement placement and pouring of suspended concrete slabs and structural elements across a live commercial site with around 10 trades operating simultaneously.

    To date, the project has involved roughly 3,000m³ of concrete and over 120 tonnes of structural steel — delivered through regular coordination meetings, proactive communication and strong on-site supervision. We also prioritise environmental responsibility on site, recycling materials wherever possible and using future-focused building materials to support long-term durability and performance.
