Marra means Make, Create, Do. And that's exactly how we operate. We make it happen, we create opportunities, and we get the job done.
Marra Projects is a proudly Aboriginal-owned construction company delivering high-quality outcomes across residential, commercial, government and education sectors. With core capabilities in carpentry, concreting, maintenance and earthworks, we provide reliable, compliant and professional construction services on projects of every size.
Our Values
Led by Country
Marra Projects is led by a proud Wiradjuri man from Dubbo, with extensive hands-on experience across commercial construction, infrastructure and large-scale projects. Growing up and working on Wiradjuri Country, he has built strong relationships with local trades, contractors and suppliers — relationships that let us deliver projects efficiently and reliably, every time.
Before establishing Marra Projects, our Director developed his craft on major regional projects, including the $30 million Taronga Western Plains Zoo development and the $270 million Dubbo Bridge. That experience — in site management, project coordination, programming, budgeting and trade supervision — now underpins how we run every Marra Projects site: structured, safety-first, and built on strong industry relationships.
Built on Standards
Our team operates to the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance, with all personnel fully trained and certified to Australian construction requirements. We're recognised for efficient delivery and strong coordination — particularly in insurance repairs and maintenance works, where a fast response and minimal disruption matter most.
Community Impact
Excellence and community go hand in hand at Marra Projects. We actively support employment, training and mentorship pathways for disadvantaged Aboriginal youth, delivering structured apprenticeships and real workforce opportunities. Through partnerships with Clontarf and local community organisations, we're building a sustainable pipeline of skilled tradespeople — while never losing sight of consistent, professional project performance.
